In 2000, he designed and built a 5,000 square foot custom home for our family, and in late 2002, early 2003, he converted a 10,000 square foot residence into a corporate headquarters for our company. Please except our heartfelt thank you for a job well done. We have appreciated your efforts, undiminished enthusiasm, decorative skills, organizational prowess, and earnest availability throughout our long-distance building project. You have made our building plans from 600 miles away seem so simple, and yet the finished product is beautifully polished in every way.

We could not have anticipated a more helpful, accomplished builder than you have been during these past seven months. Obviously, building from a distance can have its won set of problems. Not to you. Your availability for our questions was always immediate. Your friendly approach to our often simple questions was appreciated. You had creative ideas towards decorating which was a huge help. You never once failed to follow through on anything you said was going to get done. Your cost consciousness helped immensely in keeping our bottom line within our budget. And last, and most unusual, you got us moved into our new house in less time than you estimated at the origin of our contract. You can’t imagine what that means to us.

We hope that this letter somehow illustrates just what pleasure you have given us in building our retirement house. We will happily provide a positive recommendation to any interest parties.
